Weather Report: Winter See-Saws with Spring

Greening grass and snow falling on tulip buds and lone dandelion.

Elijah is asleep on the couch, but may hear me make coffee and get up momentarily. He is here for "Elijah Day" today. Since his mom Sonja goes to work at 4:30 a.m. it was better to have him spend the night, and we'll begin the day here in Tim and Valerie's household.

Yesterday evening we walked Nandy for a little while. Elijah found he'd left his "razor" at Grandma and Granpa's house, so he zoomed and we walked.

Wendy's great find of Restor-A-Finish is doing wonders, too, for the kitchen cabinets in Val's kitchen. Progress on sorting stuff is slow, but day-by-day there is discernible improvement, and incrementally Val is feeling a bit better. Tim and a neighbor buddy are going to paint the high ceilings and walls in the living area.

Elijah is up and warming his innards with hot chocolate; so, our day begins...
